Sports massage is a focused, hands on treatment that works into the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissue. It combines firm pressure, stretching and targeted techniques, including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, to help ease tightness, improve mobility and support recovery. Whether you train hard or simply carry tension from daily life, the treatment is adapted to your body and how you are feeling on the day.

  5. Advice on how often treatment may help, based on your goals.

Sports massage suits runners, gym goers and team sport players, as well as anyone who simply feels tight, sore or in need of a reset. It works well on its own or alongside chiropractic care, and sessions are available in 30 minute or one hour formats so you can choose what fits. If you are recovering from an injury, we will always check that massage is the right step first.
