Our approach has a humanistic, person centred core, drawing on psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural ideas where they help. There is no pressure and no judgement. Sessions move at your pace, giving you time to make sense of how you feel and to find your own way forward with support alongside you.

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. Sunday appointments are available by prior arrangement, and the first step is simply a phone call to see whether it feels right for you.
